Governors changed in three districts of Andijan region
Utkirbek Mamurov, who was the governor of Bulakbashi district for 7 years, was transferred to the post of governor of Markhamat district. Furkatbek Butakhonov became the new governor of Bulakbashi district. Bobur Yuldoshev, who has been the governor of Markhamat district since 2020, took the position of Andijan district governor.
The governor of Markhamat district (Andijan region) has been replaced, the regional administration reports.
The governor of Bulakbashi district, Utkirbek Mamurov, was transferred to the Markhamat district administration.
He was born in 1973 in the Altynkul district. In 1997, he graduated from the Moscow Agricultural Academy named after K. Timiryazev.
He was appointed to the post of governor of Bulakbashi region in December 2017.
Furkatbek Butakhonov was appointed governor of Bulakbashi district, Andijan region. The regional administration reported.
He was born in 1985 in the Khodjaabad district. In 2013, he graduated from the Andijan Agricultural Institute.
Prior to his appointment, he served as first deputy governor of Bulakbashi district.
A new governor of Andijan district (Andijan region) has also been appointed.
Bobur Yuldoshev, who headed the Markhamat district for 4 years, began working as the governor of Andijan district.
He was born in 1986 in the city of Andijan. In 2008, he graduated from the Andijan Engineering and Economic Institute.
Bobur Yuldoshev has headed the Markhamat district since May 2020.
He replaced Bakhtiyor Mamatkarimov, who has headed the Andijan region since December 2022.
