According to the decree, the level of yarn processing will be gradually increased to 100% by the end of 2027 by creating infrastructural and financial conditions for increasing the volume of production and dyeing of fabrics and knitted fabrics.
Targeted work will be organized to transform the republic into a “textile hub” and create at least 10 domestic brands recognized internationally.
Until January 1, 2026, the directorates of textile industrial zones and the enterprises created in them will be exempt from paying property tax, land tax and tax for the use of water resources.
