Schoolchildren beat 23-year-old guy up for no reason in Surkhandarya

Two teenagers, having agreed in advance, beat an unfamiliar guy up near the school.

A video of a fight between students of school No. 59 in the Oltinsoy district (Surkhandarya region) has spread on social networks, the regional police department commented on this message.

It turned out that the incident occurred on April 9 of this year near school No. 59. B.N. and M.N., born in 2006, having united and agreed in advance, without any reason entered into a conflict with a resident of the Kiziltepa mahalla, Kh. Zh., born in 2001, with whom they had not previously were familiar.

During the quarrel, the minors inflicted bodily harm on Kh. Zh., hitting him in different parts of the body and kicking him in the face. In the video, one of the bullies also punches and kicks another teenager.

Based on this fact, a criminal case was initiated against B.N. and M.N. under Paragraph “b” of Article 277-2 of the Criminal Code (Hooliganism committed by a group of persons).
