According to the press service of the Fergana Regional DIA, on May 21, citizen S.T., born in 2006, living in the city of Margilan, got out of the car on B. Margiloni Street and approached 24-year-old A.A. standing by the road. He struck the man several times in the back and face with a sharp object, causing life-threatening injuries. Citizen A.A. was able to escape from the scene and went to the hospital.
As a result of timely medical procedures carried out by doctors, the life of A.A. was saved.
Currently, the city prosecutor's office has opened a criminal case under Articles 25 and 97 of the Criminal Code (Attempted premeditated murder). Suspect S.T. detained, an investigation is underway.
