Uzbekistan Airways announces discounts for senior citizens in November

Uzbekistan Airways has announced a special discount for senior citizens in celebration of Tourism Month. From November 1 to November 30, passengers aged 60 and above for men and 55 and above for women will be eligible for discounts of up to 15% on local flights.

The announcement, made by the airline’s press service, highlights that this initiative aims to support older travelers during the designated month for tourism. The discount applies to all economy class fares on domestic flights during this period.

To purchase discounted tickets, eligible seniors must present a valid passport or ID card as proof of age. The discounted tickets can be purchased at Uzbekistan Airways sales branches, through the airline's official agents in Uzbekistan, and on the website www.uzairways.com.

It is important to note that various taxes, fees, and charges will also apply to passenger and cargo rates, and these discounts will not affect those additional costs.

For reference, November was declared Tourism Month for senior travelers in 2020.
