Tahtakoracha Pass temporarily closed
A temporary closure of the Tahtakoracha Pass, which connects the Samarkand and Kashkadarya regions, has been announced to facilitate a safety training exercise.

The training commenced today, December 5, at 9:00 a.m., as part of preventive measures to manage potential emergency situations in the area.
During the exercise, large rocks will be safely dislodged, requiring a complete halt of traffic along the pass.
Motorists are advised to cooperate with authorities by adhering to instructions and showing understanding for the implemented measures. The closure aims to enhance safety and prevent potential hazards in the region.
