Gasoline volume offered on the exchange quadrupled
The Ministry of Energy has announced that the daily volume of gasoline offered for exchange trading has been increased fourfold.
Due to temporary restrictions introduced at some gas filling compressor stations (gas stations) in certain regions as a result of the cold weather front, it was previously reported that the volume of gasoline offered on the exchange had been temporarily doubled.
As of December 6, 2024, the volume of AI-80 gasoline offered for exchange trading was 2,000 tons per day. However, starting from December 10, this volume was increased by an average of four times and is now being supplied at 8,000 tons daily.
Additionally, the volume of AI-92 gasoline offered for exchange trading has also increased, reaching 4,000 tons per day.
On December 13, 2024, another 8,000 tons of AI-80 gasoline were offered on the exchange, of which 7,780 tons were purchased by buyers.
The report notes that the volume of gasoline placed on the exchange can be further increased based on demand and supply dynamics.
