US dollar exchange rate surpasses 13,000 UZS mark in commercial banks
Several commercial banks in Uzbekistan have adjusted their exchange rates, with the selling price of the US dollar exceeding 13,000 UZS for the first time.

The updated rates for purchasing US dollars in banks now range from 12,860 UZS to 12,940 UZS, while the selling rates vary between 12,945 UZS and 13,005 UZS.
Among the banks that have announced their new exchange rates are:
• KDB Bank: Buying at 12,880 UZS, selling at 13,005 UZS.
• Hamkorbank: Buying at 12,900 UZS, selling at 13,000 UZS.
• Orient Finans Bank, Invest Finance Bank, and Ziraat Bank: Buying at 12,880 UZS, selling at 13,000 UZS.
Meanwhile, the Central Bank of Uzbekistan has set the official exchange rate for the US dollar at 12,942.01 UZS as of January 6.
