Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni arrives in Samarkand for official visit

PM Meloni was welcomed at Samarkand International Airport by President Shavkat Mirziyoyev himself.
 
In honor of the high-ranking guest, the national flags of both countries were raised and an honor guard was lined up.
 
The main events of the visit are scheduled for tomorrow, May 29. High-level talks and a number of other bilateral meetings and events are expected to take place.
