Saida Mirziyoyeva meets European Commission Vice President Kaja Kallas
During the meeting, global and regional issues of mutual interest were discussed, with a special focus on Central Asia.
On October 9, Head of the Presidential Administration of Uzbekistan Saida Mirziyoyeva met with the European Union’s High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy and Vice President of the European Commission, Kaja Kallas.
“We discussed matters of both global and regional importance, paying particular attention to Central Asia. Despite the complex geopolitical situation, it was noted that cooperation between our regions continues to develop.
“I would like to express my gratitude to Ms. Kallas for the open and meaningful dialogue. I look forward to the next steps that will strengthen the mutually beneficial partnership between Uzbekistan and the European Union,” Saida Mirziyoyeva wrote on her Telegram channel.
