Vienna hosts Uzbekistan–Austria business forum
Uzbekistan’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Bakhtiyor Saidov, attended the Uzbekistan–Austria Business Forum in Vienna yesterday, where leading companies from both countries explored new areas for economic cooperation.
In a statement on his Telegram channel, Saidov described the event as a “productive platform” that brought together major firms to identify joint opportunities. He noted that discussions focused on a wide range of sectors with strong potential for collaboration, including green energy, advanced manufacturing, digital technologies, agriculture, logistics, pharmaceuticals, the chemical industry and education.

According to the minister, the forum highlighted the complementary strengths of the Uzbek and Austrian economies and reaffirmed the mutual interest in building sustainable, innovation-driven partnerships.
