State Tax Committee discloses major tax defaulters in construction sector
The total tax debt of construction companies owing more than UZS 100 million has reached UZS 1.3 trillion, with UZS 522 billion attributable to just 10 firms.
As of January 1, 2026, the number of construction companies with tax arrears exceeding UZS 100 million stands at 1,243, the State Tax Committee reported.
Their combined tax debt has reached UZS 1.3 trillion. Of this amount, UZS 522.5 billion, or 38.7 percent, falls on the 10 companies with the largest tax arrears:
- “Tash Building” LLC – UZS 107 billion;
- “Ko‘prikqurilish” JSC – UZS 81.9 billion;
- “Aziya Invest Favorit” LLC – UZS 73.7 billion;
- “Avtosanoat-Injiniring” LLC – UZS 63.4 billion;
- “Tamirlash Qurish Servis” LLC – UZS 50.4 billion;
- “Yorqin Sadaf Fasli” LLC – UZS 40.8 billion;
- “DM AJ BK NATEK” – UZS 32.7 billion;
- “Agro Asia Trade Servis” LLC – UZS 31.5 billion;
- “Grand Road Tashkent” LLC – UZS 22.8 billion;
- “Obod-Dastur-Qurilish” LLC – UZS 18.3 billion.
By region, the largest volume of tax arrears among construction companies was recorded in Tashkent city at UZS 492 billion, followed by Tashkent region with UZS 126 billion and Andijan region with UZS 124 billion.
