Inspectors discovered that the plant had been illegally storing construction and other hazardous waste on its grounds. These disposal methods resulted in dust particles polluting the local air quality. Furthermore, the facility was found to be emitting excessive volumes of sulfur oxides, carbon, and nitrogen oxides into the atmosphere through the improper combustion of waste gases.
The investigation also highlighted issues with water management at the site. Wastewater generated during the gas purification process, which contained traces of petroleum products, was being discharged directly onto open land rather than being properly treated or contained.
As a result of these findings, the enterprise has been ordered to pay a compensation fine totaling UZS 10,834,000,000 to cover the damages caused to the environment. All relevant documents and case materials have been submitted to the court for further legal proceedings.
