The discussions centered on expanding the multifaceted cooperation between the two countries, focusing particularly on maximizing the effectiveness of ongoing governance reforms. Both parties expressed satisfaction with the rapid development of the Uzbekistan–UAE friendship and strategic partnership, which has led to robust practical cooperation across several priority sectors.

A joint roadmap is currently underway, targeting ten key areas of civil service improvement. Uzbekistan has been actively adopting the UAE’s advanced experience in reducing bureaucratic red tape, supported by a newly launched project office. The meeting highlighted the successful outcomes of the "Five Million Artificial Intelligence Leaders" educational program, which has already reached over one million participants.

The delegation's visit coincided with an awards ceremony for the winners of the "Assessing the Efficiency of Government Agencies" project. Uzbek officials expressed strong interest in expanding the scope of this initiative by actively involving representatives from local government authorities.

Looking ahead, the sides discussed plans to co-launch a nationwide reading movement. Agreements were also reached to implement projects aimed at supporting and empowering youth, holding joint development forums, and drafting strategic and conceptual documents designed to drive forward the development of Uzbekistan.
