Saida Mirziyoyeva meets with US Assistant Secretary of Commerce David Fogel
Saida Mirziyoyeva, Head of the Presidential Administration of Uzbekistan, held a meeting with US Assistant Secretary of Commerce David Fogel to discuss strengthening bilateral economic ties.
The discussions centered on expanding cooperation between Uzbekistan and the United States, with a particular emphasis on trade, investments, and identifying new avenues for strategic partnership.

During the meeting, Mirziyoyeva noted that American business circles are demonstrating a growing interest in the investment and infrastructure projects currently being implemented across Uzbekistan. She emphasized the importance of translating this growing interest into tangible agreements in the near future, which would ultimately generate new jobs and open up broader opportunities for the national economy.

The parties paid special attention to the activities of the American–Uzbekistan Business and Investment Council, stressing its vital role in facilitating mutually beneficial dialogue and establishing practical, direct connections between the entrepreneurs of both nations.
