According to the National Statistics Committee, the number of mobile phones imported during the first half of the year increased by 477,534 units, or 25.4%, compared with the same period in 2025.
China remained by far the largest supplier, accounting for more than 1.8 million devices. Vietnam ranked second with more than 462,000 phones, followed by India, South Korea and other countries.
China supplied 1,812,938 mobile phones to Uzbekistan during the period, while Vietnam accounted for 462,038 units. Imports from India totaled 39,578 phones, followed by 28,841 from South Korea.
A further 11,548 mobile phones were imported from other countries.
