Mirziyoyev outlined several key initiatives to strengthen regional cooperation and expand economic partnerships:

• Creating a Ministerial Coordination Council on Investment and Trade to promote systematic dialogue between government agencies, companies, and financial institutions;
• Launching a Central Asia Investment Partnership Fund;
• Enhancing collaboration with the United States on major transport, communication, and energy projects linking Central Asia with the South Caucasus and Europe;
• Setting up a Special Committee on Critical Minerals to coordinate exploration, extraction, and processing, and to integrate finished products into global supply chains;
• Developing a Regional Agrotechnology Innovation Partnership to modernize agriculture through American technologies;
• Organizing joint cultural exhibitions dedicated to Central Asian heritage at leading U.S. museums to strengthen humanitarian ties.

Shavkat Mirziyoyev also proposed hosting the next C5+1 summit in Samarkand, noting Uzbekistan’s commitment to advancing regional dialogue and partnership.
