Uzbekistan introduces visa-free regime for citizens of Qatar

A presidential decree "On introducing a visa-free regime for citizens of Qatar" has been adopted, the Ministry of Justice says.

According to the document, citizens of Qatar can stay in Uzbekistan for up to 30 days without a visa.

It should be noted that the decision is made ahead of Qatari Emir’s visit to Uzbekistan on June 5.

President Shavkat Mirziyoyev and the Emir of Qatar Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani will hold talks in Samarkand today.
