Vladimir Norov resigns as Foreign Minister of Uzbekistan

In accordance with the presidential decree, Vladimir Norov was dismissed from the post of Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan in connection with his transfer to another job, the press secretary of the head of state Sherzod Asadov reported.

Bakhtiyor Saidov has been appointed to the post of Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan. Prior to his appointment, he has been working as the Minister of Public Education of Uzbekistan.
