Shavkat Mirziyoyev arrives in Astana on a working visit

On September 8, Shavkat Mirziyoyev arrived in the capital of Kazakhstan on a working visit. At Astana International Airport, he was welcomed by Kazakhstan's Prime Minister Oljas Bektenov and other high-ranking officials.

The main purpose of the visit is to participate in the opening ceremony of the 5th World Nomad Games, which will take place today in Astana. This international sports and cultural forum will bring together participants from many countries around the world, showcasing the unique heritage of nomadic peoples.

The visit's program also includes bilateral meetings aimed at strengthening cooperation between Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan in various areas, including the economy, culture, and education.
