The representative of Uzbekistan Jamshid Turaev set a Guinness World Record, after achieving the most two finger 19 pull ups in one minute, informs the press service of the Guinness Book of Records.
Unfortunately, six pull ups were disqualified from the final count because they breached the Guinness World Records guidelines and were not completed using the correct technique. In its application for registration of a record, 37-year-old fitness enthusiast Jamshid Turaev, a lawyer by education, said that trained for the past five years.
He has just broken his second Guinness World Records title - in May last year Jamshid set the record for the Most rear pull ups in one minute with 23.
