Photo: Two wagons of freight train overturned in Tashkent
On Sept. 21, two empty wagons (carriages for grain transportation) were overturned at “Oltin Tegirmon” station in Yashnabad district of Tashkent, the press service of the Tashkent Department of Internal Affairs reports.
It was noted that nobody was injured in the incident.
However, roadside barriers and walls of houses along the railway track were partly destroyed.
“This incident was caused by careless organization of loading and unloading process of the freight wagons by the workers of “Oltin Tegirmon” LLC,” says the press service of “Uzbekistan Railways”.
Employees of JSC "Uzbekistan Railways" took measures to eliminate the consequences of the incident. The train movement in this part of the railway was not stopped.
