Tashkent-Kazan direct train service to be launched on December 9

Through trains will run weekly between Tashkent and Kazan starting from Dec. 9, the Russian Railways reports.
Train No. 303/304 from Tashkent to Kazan will run through Druzhinino Station.
“This opens up the possibility to reach several other Russian regions without having to transfer,” the Russian Railways’ report reads.
It should be noted that recently interesting news was publicized regarding the activities of the Russian Railways. The Russian company plans to replace reserved seat shelves with so-called “capsules” to create “personal comfort zones”.
Head of the company Oleg Belozerov said that Russian Railways is developing new projects for passenger cars with increased comfort. “They will be designed with sockets and Wi-Fi,” he noted.
