In mid-November, presentation of the tourism potential of Uzbekistan will be held in Kazan, Tatarstan media reported.
According to the organizers, the guests will be offered Uzbek plov, national drinks and then there will be a quiz, in which, the main prize is a free ticket to Uzbekistan.
“On November 15-16, 2018, a delegation of the State Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan for the development of Tourism will visit Kazan in order to conduct a presentation of the promotional event within the framework of the project “Travel around Uzbekistan!”, the official press-release of the Tourism Committee reads.
The State Tourism Committee of Uzbekistan will hold its own tour presentation in mid-November. The representatives of the sphere, who are interested in developing cooperation, will gather in Novosibirsk, Yekaterinburg, Ufa and Kazan. They will be informed about cultural-recreational, gastronomic, skiing opportunities of the industry and ecotourism.
The representatives of travel agencies, trade unions and business circles of Tatarstan have been prepared special offers for the upcoming winter-spring season by the Uzbek side.
It is worth noting that according to the travel site “Tutu.ru”, the most popular country to visit in the coming New Year holidays among Russians was Uzbekistan. As stated by the magazine “National Geographic Traveler”, the country takes the first place in the nomination of “Gastronomic tourism”.
