BCE in Jizzakh region discovered an embezzlement of 122 million sums from the state budget
The enterprise of electrical networks of Jizzakh region suffered from the loss of 122 million sums, Kun.uz correspondent reported referring to the republican Bureau of Compulsory Execution (BCE).
Employees of Jizzakh city department of BCE, during the regular inspection of the building of housing management at the regional Jizzakh khokimiyat, found out that head of the department F. U. deliberately cut off the running wires to the electricity consumption measuring device, with the aim of disconnecting it.
As a result of the illegal consumption of electricity, the enterprise of electrical networks in the city was inflicted a financial damage in the amount of 122 million 845 thousand sums.
Thus, the unlawful actions of an official fall under Article 185 part 2 of the Criminal code of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
After the interrogation of F. U., he admitted his mistake and compensated the damage to the enterprise within 30 days. Consequently, the criminal case initiated under article 84 part 1, paragraph 8 was suspended.
