According to the presidential decree on the development of greenhouse complexes, by January 1, 2021, manufacturers of modern greenhouse complexes will receive tax incentives.
The resolution states that producers are exempt from income tax, single tax and VAT.
However, the funds collected from the above tax exemptions will be directed to technical and technological re-equipment, modernization and development of the sphere.
In addition, imported raw materials, spare parts and components that are not manufactured in the Republic of Uzbekistan, in accordance with the established list for the production of modern greenhouse complexes and corrugated cardboard containers, are exempt from customs fees (excluding the payments of customs clearance).
