The Constitution of Uzbekistan made available in Braille script

A charity event, dedicated to the presentation of the Braille edition of Uzbekistan’s Constitution published by the Uzbek Agency for Press and Information, was held at a boarding school for blind people in Yashnabad district, Tashkent.

General Director of the Uzbek Agency for Press and Information Komil Allamjonov spoke about the initiatives of the Agency to provide social protection of the blind and their full provision with the necessary literature.

Komil Allamjonov says that today there are only 18 types of tutorials in the Braille alphabet. However, ordinary schoolchildren have more than 130 types of teaching aids.

During the presentation, UzAPI presented holiday gifts to boarding school students.
