French company to help Uzbekistan to open its first FINTECH lab
The French company IDEMIA will help open the first in Uzbekistan FINTECH lab, Kun.uz correspondent reports referring to data provided by the International Press Club.
This will be a space that allows people to create and test new technologies together with an extensive circle of partners and experts in this field.
IDEMIA is a leader in the development of innovative technologies in the field of personal identification for the needs of the physical and digital world. It presents onboard and biometric solutions for the financial services industry in Uzbekistan.
It should be noted that FINTECH is an industry consisting of companies that use technology and innovation to compete with traditional financial organizations represented by banks and intermediaries in the financial services market. At present, numerous technological start-ups as well as large established organizations that try to improve and optimize the financial services they provide belong to FINTECH.
Another interesting initiative in this field is PAYMO.Uzbekistan, which is currently developing a specialized financial marketplace for Uzbekistan. It will be a system that unites providers and consumers of financial services in one information space and provides participants with a range of services that increase the speed and efficiency of financial transactions.
In the future, this platform will enable banks to remotely identify customers, receive information for making decisions and minimize the costs of promoting their services.
