Since October of this year, “Uzbekneftegaz” has begun selling its non-core facilities.
This is being done to strengthen and improve the financial-economic condition of the company.
The list includes 156 assets. Of these, 17 possessions are shares in the authorized capital of companies, the rest are buildings and facilities throughout the republic. Assets are placed for auction across the country.
“Most of the assets exposed for sale are ready-made businesses that do not require additional investment of funds. They are especially valuable for regional entrepreneurs,” the company noted.
In October-November 2018, the company has sold six assets, five of which are real estate (horticultural farms, intensive gardens, beekeeping farms) and one share in the company.
It is noted that if these objects are not sold within three months from the date of the auction, they will be sold to entrepreneurs at market price by installments up to ten years.
