School teachers to be hired online

In Uzbekistan, school teachers will only be recruited through the Internet.

On the website of the Uzbek Ministry of Public Education, a section has appeared in the public education system with vacancies.

According to the report of the ministerial press service, all schools, offices and departments of the public education, as well as organization of the MPE system will be required to hire employees through the new section of the ministry’s official website.

“The leaders of the national education system, who will hire an employee bypassing the new system, will be brought to justice, including up to dismissal,” the MPE said.

At the moment, the project is launched only in Tashkent city. A phased launch is planned in all regions of Uzbekistan.
