State Tax Committee recommends employers to increase the salaries of their workers
The State Tax Committee has recommended employers to increase the salaries of their workers. It is reported on the committee's Facebook page.
It is noted that in line with point 7 of the presidential decree N PP-4086 from December 26, 2018, starting from 2019 it is recommended to increase the amount of wages for employees as the tax burden and the amount of single social payment for employers have been reduced considerably.
In November 2018, Deputy Finance Minister Dilshod Sultanov reminded that as a result of the tax reform, the single social payment rate, which was 25% for large enterprises and 15% for small businesses, would be decreased.
“Now this rate is 12%, which will be a big step towards business,” said Sultanov.
It is worth noting that a new version of the Tax Code will be prepared by September 2019.
