On January 14 of the current year, the Fergana Regional Department of Internal Affairs announced a search for citizen V. Toshmatov, 26, for committing a crime.
According to the data of the Internal Affairs Department of the capital, during an operational-search event, the location of a 26-year-old Uzbek man had been established.
However, while arresting the wanted man, his relatives, who were with him in the apartment, actively resisted the police officers. Consequently, two employees were injured. An additional detail of the internal affairs bodies arrived at the scene and detained ten people, including V. Toshmatov.
Upon checking the detainees, it turned out that three relatives of V. Toshmatov are also wanted for committing crimes.
One of them is a resident of Fergana region Odina Sokhibova, 46, wanted by the regional police department for committing a crime under the Article 168, Part 3 (fraud) of the Criminal Code; another one is a 22-year-old Ozodbek Sokhibov, born in Fergana region, wanted by the Regional Internal Affairs Directorate of Tashkent for committing a crime envisaged in Part 3 of the Article 277 (hooliganism) of the Criminal Code; the third is a resident of Fergana region Zohid Toshmatov, 24, who was wanted for committing a crime envisaged in Part 2 of the Article 277 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
