Criminal gang detained in Fergana region 

In Fergana region, the Toshloq district court for criminal cases issued a verdict against a group of individuals who committed hooliganism and other forms of crime. 
 
According to the criminal case, on April 9, 2018, citizens I. I., B. M., B. M. and Kh. A., who were previously fined for committing hooliganism, decided to jointly complete their unlawful mission – they abducted citizen B. I., took him to a hill located in the territory Fergana district and beat him severely without any reason. In addition, they smashed intentionally the windows of “Lacetti” car using their iron chains when the owner of the car citizen Z. I. came to sort out the fight. 
 
Moreover, on April 24, 2018, citizens I. I., Kh. A. partnered with D. M. and came to the “Car maintenance workshop” located in Obihayot Street, Fergana city. Here, the lawbreakers wanted to show off how powerful they are and without any reason beat citizen S. Ya., who came to the workshop to get his car served. When the staff of the garage D. A. tried to take measures to prevent this hooliganism, he was also beaten up by the gangsters.  
 
On April 24, 2018, at about 21:00, the hoodlums I. I., B. M., B. M., Kh. A. and D. M. came to a café “Nazarali ota” located in Fergana city. There, citizen A. O. was beaten by them while he was talking about a previously disputed scandal in the car maintaining workshop to prevent future fights. 
 
Furthermore, on June 24, 2018 at around 22:00, citizens I. I. and B. M. armed with knives, demanded that the citizen N. B. had come with them in their car. The incident occurred on “Yurtparvar” Street in Fergana city. At that moment, citizen G. M., who came to interfere with their illegal activity, was beaten up for no reason and got injured. 
 ccording to a verdict of the Toshloq district court of Fergana Region on criminal cases, hoodlums I. I., B. M., B. M., H. A. and D. M. were found guilty of committing the above-mentioned crimes and sentenced to various terms of imprisonment.
