Cabinet of Ministers is introduced seven new posts 

President of the Republic of Uzbekistan has signed a decree “On introducing a qualitatively new system in organizing the activity of government of the Republic of Uzbekistan”.

The executive structure of the Cabinet of Ministers is introduced the following new posts:

First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan – Minister of Transport of the Republic of Uzbekistan;

Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan – Minister of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan;

Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan for the issues of investment and foreign economic relations;

Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan for the issues of social development;

Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan - Chairperson of the Women's Committee of Uzbekistan;

Adviser of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan on development of the fuel-energy sector and issues of developing basic industrial structures;

Advisor of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the issues of developing agrarian and foodstuff spheres.

The executive structure of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan has been set limited number of 178 executives.

The Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan is given the right to make changes to the executive structure of the Cabinet of Ministers within the total number of employees of the Cabinet of Ministers, taking into account the importance of regulating issues and resolving priority tasks.

The Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan Mr. Aripov, within a week, submits to the Administration of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan the structure of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers merging the responsible ministries, departments and other organizations.
