People in Uzbekistan complain about secondhand dealers of tickets
Members of the Potrebiteli.uz community complained about secondhand dealers of tickets.
“Today we went to the ticket counter to buy tickets for the concert. Ticket counters have been closed for two days. However, in front of the entrance to the ticketing office, a plenty of speculators settled down comfortably, pushing tickets quite openly and without any constraint. There are two policemen on duty next to them. A 50,000-soum ticket is being sold for 120,000 soums, a 350,000-soum ticket is being pushed for 500,000 soums,” one of the consumers said.
According to community members, illegal dealers earn 70-150 thousand soums from one ticket per day.
“Taxes are not paid - they live happily. And no one except ticket buyers cares about them. Someone in our country should protect the rule of law, monitor the legality of doing businesses and tax collection,” they concluded.
In this case, the administrators decided to conduct a survey. The question “why do secondhand dealers still work in these places” was answered differently:
Nobody will touch them, they have “protectors” - 269 votes
Now this article will be read and they will be dispersed - 28 votes
