Swiss Leman Capital receives shares of 3 Uzbek companies

Investment company Leman Capital received in trust the shares of three companies, follows from the company's announcement. This was done on the basis of an agreement with Integra Eurasia.

Leman Capital received shares of:

Uzparavtotrans JSC (104,544 units, which is 26.5% of the authorized capital);

JSC Bukhoroneftegazparmolash (1,003,576 units, 23.4%);

Uzpartamponaj JSC (816,200 units, 9.66%).

Leman Capital is part of the international financial group Leman, headquartered in Nyon, canton Vaud (Switzerland). It began operating in Uzbekistan in 2018.

Its mission is to use the technology and resources of the Leman group to become a leader in the field of corporate finance, brokerage, investment advisory and asset management.
