A man in Andijan kills his friend after playing backgammon
In the Khodjabad district of the Andijan region, a man killed his friend after playing backgammon, the press service of the Prosecutor General’s Office said.
According to the report, on May 6, a man playing backgammon with his acquaintance quarreled with him. After the game, they got into a car and drove away. Continuing the argument the driver stopped the vehicle. Then the passenger got out of the car and hit the driver. In turn, the driver stabbed his fellow to death.
“On this fact, the district prosecutor's office opened a criminal case against the man under part 1 of Article 97 of the Criminal Code,” the statement reads.
