The Rules for the provision of telephone services on the public telecommunications network have been introduced changes and additions, the Telegram-channel of the Justice Ministry reports.
According to the current procedure, for the provision of telephone services, users submit an application to the telecommunications operator to conclude a contract.
In compliance with the amendments, the operator informs the applicant about the decision taken within 10 days from the date of registration of the said applications. Previously, this period was 30 days.
Now, if the subscriber, within 60 days after the suspension of the use of telephone communication, does not pay off his debts on telephone communication services, the operator unilaterally terminates the contract. Previously, this period was 1 month.
