State Testing Center: Admission exams will begin on July 25 and finish on August 20

A press conference on admission exams to higher education institutions of Uzbekistan for the academic year 2019/2020 was held at the Agency for Information and Mass Communications. The event was attended by the Minister of Higher and Secondary Special Education Inomjon Majidov, director of the State Testing Center (STC) Majid Karimov, first deputy head of the Inspectorate for Education Quality Supervision Khotamjon Ketmonov and the media.

The head of the State Testing Center Majid Karimov informed the participants about the exam dates in the current year.

“An applicant does not submit documents at the admission, but only presents them. He/she just needs to get registered.

This year, tests will be conducted in 69 capacious buildings. The number of cameras with which these buildings and rooms will be equipped is increased. Measures to prevent carrying of prohibited items have been enhanced, prohibited item blockers have been installed. Trying to use mobile devices is simply useless.

This year, applicants have an opportunity to submit documents in any region of the country and take the exam from there. To do this, it is enough to specify the place of the exam at the admission.

Applicants can simultaneously submit documents in 3 directions.

Each applicant will have a personal account on the State Testing Center website. Test results will be available the next day. Information about whether or not an applicant has been enrolled in the university can be learned one week after the completion of the tests.
