Draft resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers “On introducing amendments and addenda to the regulation on the procedure of assignment and payment of state pensions” has been published.
Reportedly, the resolution No.252 of the Cabinet of Ministers on the procedure for assignment and payment of state pensions, approved on September 8, 2011, will be introduced amendments.
Paragraph 1 of the item 170 has been amended as follows:
“When a pensioner moves to another district (city) for permanent residence within the Republic of Uzbekistan, while serving his sentence in a penal colony or released from a prison, retirement documents shall be sent to the Pension Fund located at the new place of residence of the pensioner or the penal colony of the convict. Or alternatively, they will be given to the pensioner”.
