Tashkent to host International Olympic Solidarity Games 

In February, International Olympic Solidarity Games and the Asian Youth & Junior Weightlifting Championships will be held in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.travel reported.

The venue for the competition among youth teams will be the Sahovat Sport Servis sports complex, which is located in the Yunusabad district.

The publication notes that domestic and foreign athletes of various weight categories will come to the capital of the republic. The competition will also be attended by experts from the World Anti-Doping Association (WADA).

The events will be held as part of the implementation of the presidential decree on the preparation of Uzbek athletes for the XXXII Summer Olympic and XVI Paralympic Games, as well as in accordance with the calendar of competitions of the Asian Weightlifting Federation.
