Uzbek-Turkmen Intergovernmental Commission on Border Issues sum up works carried out in 2019

On December 21-27, 2019, in Karshi, a regular meeting took place between the working groups of Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan on the delimitation and demarcation of the state border, the MFA said.
During the meeting, the results of the work carried out by the working groups of the two countries in 2019 were summed up, and the schedule of events for 2020 was agreed.
In addition, the parties prepared a package of documents for approval during the upcoming meeting of the Joint Uzbek-Turkmen Intergovernmental Commission on Border Issues.
Following the talks, the heads of delegations Tulkin Abdullayev and Mamed Mamedov signed the corresponding Protocol.
