Currency exchange: US dollar, Euro, Russian ruble down

The Central Bank of Uzbekistan has established new exchange rates of foreign currencies against the soum, which will be effective from January 21 this year.

According to the Central Bank, starting from tomorrow, the US dollar drops in value by 3.71 soums and amounts to 9,547.05 soums.

The Euro goes down by 34.68 soums. Thus, 1 Euro becomes equal to 10,585.77 soums.

The Russian ruble also shows a slight decrease - by 1.53 soums, and amounts to 155.06 soums.

It should be noted that the Central Bank does not take any obligation to purchase or sell foreign currencies at the rates set.
