In January 2020, 22,000 units of vehicles were produced.
The State Statistics Committee provided information on the volume of certain types of industrial products produced by large industrial enterprises in January 2020.
In particular, the production of cars increased. If in 2019, 17,466 cars were manufactured, then in 2020 - 22,000 units.
In January 2020, 5,962 Nexia cars were produced (the growth rate compared to the same period in 2019 was 129.0%), 5,078 - Cobalt (147.4%), 4,340 - Gentra (155.0%), 3,989 - Damas (135.2%), 2,320 - Spark (148.7%) and 7,288 - Labo (47.8%).
Truck production, however, declined. In 2019, 367 units were produced, in 2020 – 272.
Production of car engines, meanwhile, has increased. In the corresponding period of last year, 16.4 thousand units of engines were produced, in 2020 this figure reached 19.8 thousand.
In January 2020, tractor production amounted to 25 units (in 2019 - 9).
