Uzbekneftegaz plans to increase production of propane-butane mixture by 61 thousand tons

JSC Uzbekneftegaz is implementing an investment project to modernize three plants for the production of propane-butane mixture of the Shurtan oil and gas production field. Its cost is estimated at $49 million, the JSC press service reported.
Purchase of technological equipment produced at factories in Russia, Ukraine and Switzerland has been planned.
Some production facilities have already been acquired, now they are being installed.
The construction is carried out by the contractor LLC Mubarekneftegazmontaj. Completion of the construction and installation works is scheduled for September this year. According to forecasts, the project will allow annually producing an additional 61 thousand tons of propane-butane mixture.
It should be recalled that in February 2020, after the reconstruction of the Shurtan field, the 288th well of the Shurtan oil and gas production field was commissioned.
