“When you press button 4, our IVR system will direct you to the hotline of psychological assistance, where more than 20 leading specialists are ready to provide support,” the press service of the Tashkent khokimiyat said.

To note, the psychologists do not accept irrelevant applications (such as asking for the delivery of essential goods).

“For safety purposes and to provide high-quality assistance, the calls are recorded,” khokimiyat concluded.
