According to the press service of the Health Ministry, 83 more people tested positive for coronavirus in Uzbekistan, bringing the total number of cases to 8,031.
As of 10:00 a.m., June 29, the number of infection cases stands at 8,031 (+83),” the ministry’s statement reads.
It is noted that 47 new cases were recorded in the quarantine center, 32 – in Tashkent, 4 – in the Jizzakh region.
So far, 5,329 people have fully recovered from the disease, 22 people died.
Currently, 2,680 people are undergoing treatment at medical facilities.
