Another 44 COVID-19 cases recorded in Uzbekistan
44 more people tested positive for coronavirus in Uzbekistan, bringing the total number of cases to 8,671, the Ministry of Health said in a statement.
As of 17:00, July 1, the number of infection cases stands at 8,671 (+44),” the ministry’s statement reads.
It is noted that 14 new cases were recorded in the quarantine center, 11 – in the city of Tashkent, 8 – in Syrdarya, 9 – in Samarkand.
So far, 5,737 people have fully recovered from the disease, 26 people died.
Currently, 2,908 people are undergoing treatment at medical facilities.
