State Statistics Committee recorded a decrease in nominal per capita income of citizens
The decline in the growth rate of nominal per capita income for the six months of 2020 was 0.4%, follows from the statistics published on the SSC website.

The average nominal per capita income of the population above the national average was noted in the city of Tashkent – 10.5 million soums, Navoi region – 8.3 million soums, Bukhara region – 6.4 million soums and Tashkent region – 5.5 million soums.
The lowest indicator was recorded in the Republic of Karakalpakstan – 3.8 million soums, Namangan region – 3.9 million soums and Fergana region – 4 million soums.
Amid the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic, real growth in nominal per capita income has dropped significantly. The highest indicator was recorded in the Navoi region – 5.2% and Jizzakh region – 4.1%.
A decrease in nominal per capita income was observed in the city of Tashkent – 4.8%, in Andijan – 1.5%, Kashkadarya – 1.2%, Fergana – 0.7% and Syrdarya region – 0.6%.
