Court verdict on officials of LLC “Korean and migration xususiy bandlik agentligi” announced

According to the press service of the Supreme Court, the criminal case against defendants Kakhramon Otakulov (Director of the LLC “Korean and migration xususiy bandlik agentligi”), Odil Kabilov (Director of the Namangan regional branch of the LLC), Khushvaqt Turdiyev (Founder of the LLC), Musurmon Alikulov (Director of the Educational Affairs Department at the LLC), Anvarjon Shamshiddinov (Manager of the Namangan regional branch of the LCC), Orifjon Jurayev (Treasurer of the Namangan regional branch of the LLC) Mavluda Otajonova (accountant of the LLC), Rano Nuraliyeva (Inspector of the HR Department of the LLC), Kang Nam Kyu (partner of the LLC), Jalol Khidirov (mediator), Iroda Djabborova (agent of the LLC) and Furkat Kamalov (mediator) was considered by T. Kasimov, judge of the Yakkasaray district court on criminal proceedings.

According to the announced court verdict:

• K. Otakulov was sentenced to 9 years in prison; 
• O. Kabilov – 9 years in prison; 
• Kh. Turdiyev – 8 years and 3 months in prison; 
• M. Alikulov – 8 years and 3 months in prison;
• Shamshiddinov – 8 years and 3 months in prison;
• M. Otajonova – 5 years 9 months and 21 days in prison, and the sentence imposed is conditional, with a probation period of 3 years;
• R. Nuraliyeva – 6 years and 1 month in prison, and the sentence imposed is conditional, with a probation period of 3 years;
• O. Jurayev – 8 years and 3 months in prison;
• Kang Nam Kyu – 8 years and 6 months in prison; 
• J. Khidirov – 6 years in prison; 
• Djabbarova – 6 years and 1 month in prison;
• F. Kamalov – 6 years and 6 months in prison.

Defendants were ordered to pay pecuniary damages to the victims.

In the criminal case, the presiding judge explained to the defendants and other parties the procedure and deadline for appealing the verdict, the statement reads.
